\nThe Triple H-led creative team is holding a Last Time Is Now Tournament, where 16 men will participate to earn a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to face John Cena in his final match on December 13. WWE RAW Superstar LA Knight will face a mystery opponent in the tournament on next week’s SmackDown.<\/p>\n
Cena has already teased that the tournament will feature opponents from his past. It will be interesting to see who will come out to face Knight on next week’s blue brand’s show.<\/p>\n

\nWrestling veteran Jonathan Coachman recently took to X\/Twitter to reply to a tweet that suggested Saturday Night’s Main Event hasn’t sold out yet, despite Cena’s last match being the main attraction of the show. Coachman wrote that it was a big problem that many people were in the waiting room to buy tickets for the event, but they didn’t go through with the purchase.<\/p>\n

The veteran also called out WWE, highlighting that the main issue was the massive increase in ticket prices by TKO, which he believed was disrespectful to The Cenation Leader.<\/p>\n

The same week, we were all told the events are ‘appropriately priced.’ This is so disrespectful to a man that I respect about as much as anyone ever in wrestling.”

\nDuring a recent edition of the Lazy Booking Podcast on the A2D Radio Show, former WWE star Damien Sandow ruled out the possibility of returning to the Stamford-based promotion to participate in the Last Time Is Now Tournament for John Cena’s final opponent.<\/p>\n
Sandow highlighted that a lot of time had passed since his feud with Cena, and the latter has had several good storylines with different opponents since then.<\/p>\n

\n“That\u2019s highly unlikely. A lot has happened between whatever that was and now, and I think John has had a lot of feuds with other people. I don\u2019t think that\u2019s going to be coming down the pipe,” he said.
\nIt remains to be seen what the Triple H-led creative team has planned for John Cena’s final WWE match.<\/p>\n
