The Deadman hasn’t stepped back inside the squared circle since beating AJ Styles in a Boneyard match at WWE WrestleMania 36. He originally had a hard time accepting that his in-ring career was over.<\/p>\n
It shouldn’t come as a surprise since he has devoted his entire life to the wrestling business. It took some time for him to adapt to different roles and still manage to contribute in a non-wrestling capacity.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Tom Segura on the 2 Bears, 1 Cave podcast, The Undertaker said he still trains all the time to keep himself prepared in case WWE asks him to come back.<\/p>\n
However, Mark Calaway reiterated that he will never have another wrestling match.<\/p>\n

\n“You never know, like when they’re going to call you to, like I couldn’t have a match anymore, but I can come in there and punch somebody in the face or chokeslam them or something. You definitely don’t want to look like a pile of crap.”

\nThe Phenom further explained why he feels he has been overexposed since his retirement.<\/p>\n
“I’m able now to obviously have a little more personality and not be so Deadman with the character. So that’s fun. I think sometimes I get a little overexposed for not being able to go actually and have a match. It just becomes difficult. Your naysayers are like, ‘Oh, well, you got the old man out there doing stuff.’ You know, it’s like, well, there must be a reason they keep asking, right?”
